The process behind web advertisements
Photography starts and basic editing

Starting with my own Funko I own, I placed it into a lightbox and took some pictures of it before bringing it into Adobe Lightroom to fix it up.

A new ad start

I started off with a new canvas with the dimensions specific to what I wanted to create this for. In this case I used a 336 x 280 px in RGB 72 DPI. Knowing how to create a specific canvas plays a big role in the project at hand. I brought in textured images for the background and brought in my masked out Funko pop that I took a picture of.
Next I brought in masked out Stranger Things and Funko logos and placed them where it would take up a lot of the ad. Placing them as large as the demogorgon (the funko) makes it easier for the viewer to see the ad which is rather small when placed on the web. The viewers eyes should go straight to the logos and photo of the product that is to be sold. I added some contrast and carefully leveled out colors in the demogorgon to make it pop out more. I added some color overlays in the background image itself for a more grunge/horror feel.

Lastly, I added in a button to show that it will take you buy the product that is being advertised. Last was added more color corrections and text alignments. After this, I recreated the same idea but in different file sizes for different purposes that a client may need these for. Having different sizes and ideas helps as well having a different hierarchy for each idea.
Different versions of the Funko x Stranger Things advertisements

These are a leaderboard of 728 x 90 px, a half page of 300 x 600 px, large rectangle of 336 x 280 px, medium rectangle of 300 x 250 px and a twitter ad of 600 x 335 px. I tried to stay with the grunge, horror theme for each one.
